The registered liquor licence is in Saitama Prefecture, therefore shipments will be from Saitama Prefecture.
Shipping Fees are (1 - 12 bottles): Kantō-ko-shinetsu, Chūbu, Tōhoku region ￥740, Kansai region ￥790, Chūgoku region ￥850, Shikoku region ￥900, Hokkaidō and Kyūshū regions ￥950, Okinawa and surrounding areas ￥1,630.

Please Note: In mid-summer or mid-winter, during extreme weather conditions, a refrigerated delivery service is highly recommended. In this instance, fees are as follows: 1-2 bottles ￥210, 3-6 bottles ￥310, 7-12 bottles ￥610.

Once payments have been received items should be delivered within 2 - 3 days.

If the item is broken when it's delivered we will resend a new item. If the item is out of stock, we will send an item of equal value or refund the money. In this situation, all delivery costs will be covered by SHUN ABE. Contact must be made within 3 days of arrival.
After 3 days SHUN ABE does not hold any responsibility for damage incurred by delivery.
When item is not delivered, or wrong items are delivered, contact must be made within 3 days of arrival. In this situation, all delivery costs will be covered by SHUN ABE.
After 3 days SHUN ABE does not hold any responsibility for non-deliveries or wrong items.

By default SHUN ABE will use recycled packaging. If you would prefer new packaging, please contact us at the time of placing the order for a quote.
In case of items being boiled or frozen during shipping and refrigeration delivery service has not been requested SHUN ABE does not hold responsibility.
After the item has been opened, SHUN ABE can not hold responbility.
